How can I book a tour?
Choose your date and travelers on the tour page and complete checkout online. For last-minute bookings (within 24 hours), message us on WhatsApp.
Do you take deposits or full payment?
Most tours allow either. The deposit option will appear on the tour page if available; otherwise full payment is required.
Are life vests provided?
Yes, and they’re mandatory for minors and non-confident swimmers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card payments in BZD via our secure gateway. Some tours also allow bank transfer or pay-on-arrival—see the tour page.
Are your prices the same as booking direct?
Yes. We work with price parity and publish final prices with taxes/park fees shown where included.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes—instant email confirmation. We’ll follow up with WhatsApp details (pickup time, meet point, what to bring).
Can you pick up from Placencia or Dangriga?
Often, yes—additional transfer fees may apply. Ask on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm availability.
What should I bring?
Reef-safe sunscreen (no aerosols), hat, quick-dry clothes, towel, water bottle, and cash for extras. For inland hikes: closed shoes and insect repellent.
